| Anne Crellin Seggerman Anne Crellin Seggerman of Fairfield, Connecticut, is the founder of Fourth World Foundation, Inc., a company engaged in the development of interfaith media. She was previously appointed to serve on the Housing of Handicapped Families of the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Mrs. Seggerman is experienced in providing care, treatment, and rehabilitation to people with schizophrenia and has extensive experience with alcoholics and children with learning disabilities. She is married and has six adult children. |
